Policies
All of my items (except Squeaky Shoes) are hand made by me. Most of the time they are made when ordered. Because of this I do have an "UP TO TEN DAY" policy for shipping. Some times I do not have a ribbon or tulle color on site and I will have to get it to make your item. Please be patient and understand that because of this, the item you ordered will be made with absolute care and with the best possible supplies available to me. Most of the time you can expect your item to leave me within 2 days.
All sales are final. IF there is an issue with a product, Please contact me and let me know the problem. I do want my customers to be happy and return to me for business so I will do my best to fix the problem.
