Made with 75 yards of the softest 100% nylon tulle I could find. I have tied this tulle onto an elastic waistband and my children both have one and play regularly with them and we have had great success with them. They do not fall apart! Waist size is 18 to 23 inches and it hangs about 12 inches. Very full and fluffy. I can make this tutu in ANY color you think you may need...
