Tutus ~ Basic Ballerina

The tutus in this group are all made with 75 strands of tulle. Each strand is wrapped onto the elastic waistband individually. The hang length on this type of tutus is approximately 11 inches. The tutus here are the very basic of tutus but still so much fun to twirl around in.
